Lauren Tate

Lauren has held strategy and operational leadership roles in a number of education nonprofits, including several in startup and early formation stages. Most recently she was Political Strategy Director at City Fund Action, and was formerly Senior Director of Strategy and Growth at Great Public Schools Now in Los Angeles and Chief of Staff at the Achievement School District in Tennessee. Prior to those roles she was a consultant with The Bridgespan Group and a Senior Analyst in corporate strategy at The Walt Disney Company. She comes from a long line of public educators and is committed to educational equity for all kids.
